1. Return Policy

1.1. ATROS Water offers a 10 days replacement policy. 

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

3. Replacement Process

2.1. Once we receive the  product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our Replacement policy criteria.

2.2. If the product qualifies for a Replacement, we will initiate a replacement to you. Please allow 10 days for the replacement to be processed.
